Blueprint is a 12-week, one-on-one, life-management evaluation. In our time together, you will design a detailed map to your energy* that is used to achieve your goals efficiently and honorably. *energy will be used as an umbrella term for your the variables that affect how you show up in the world: needs, wants, mental health, privileges or lack thereof, and actual energetic fluctuations.


What is your blueprint and how does it work?

Your blueprint is a detailed map of how you operate in the world. Your blueprint will include variables like...

☆ non-negotiable obligations that are required for your safety and stability (dependents, paying bills, fed, clothed, housed, employment and time restrictions)

☆ the unique and natural fluctuation of your energy

☆ mental health, stress, and lived experiences

☆ wants, dreams, and desires

From this information you are able to implement daily practices, organize your routine, and tweak your schedule that honors and optimizes your energy*.


What will we do in our 12-weeks together? Blueprint is not dictated by a strict schedule, rather three phases that progress naturally as we work together. You begin by setting intentions, establish your clear end goal, and identify premortem.


Phase 1: Life Audit --The foundation of your initial blueprint is created from the following:

Day-to-day: What are you doing and how do you feel (think, react, hold attention) during each task.

Map your energy: How does your energy naturally fluctuate and what additional variables affect it?

Wants, Dreams, Desires: Ideally, if you had the time and energy, what would you do more of?

Obligations: What in life requires you to show up no matter what? Where do you have no control over your schedule?


Phase 2: Execute & Go Deeper -- In Phase 2, you will answer, "How can I use the knowledge I've gathered to enhance my performance without losing my connection to self?" and implement unique practices to your day-to-day life.

In addition, we will dissect the following honor-culture principles, and their hustle-culture counter parts, to identify the role they play, how they serve you, and how to utilize them more or less -- Rest and play, neutrality and non-judgement, compromise and flexibility, and centering self


Phase 3: Adjust & Reflect -- Like a full moon, the end of this program prompts you to reflect on the knowledge gained and changes made.

☆ Continued support as you adjust your routine, schedule, or goal execution.

☆ Adjust your blueprint and practice with any revelations made while discussing honor-culture principles.

☆ Begin planning for sustainability and how to keep your blueprint relevant as you, your life, and obligations evolve after our time together has come to an end.

☆ Reflect on previous weeks, and compare intentions and initial goals to end result.


Who is blueprint for?

☆ You feel drained, burnt-out, and like there is never enough time in the day.

☆ You don't want to overwork yourself to succeed, and believe theres a more efficient and sustainable way to live.

☆ You feel icky when leaders tell you to push past or ignore your natural energy or mental health in order to achieve a goal.

☆ Neurodivergent folks where traditional methods of goal setting and achievement don't work for you (easily distracted, not naturally motivated, you are busy with little time)

What will the calls be like?

I like to begin calls with opening practices, and end calls with check-ins. You and I will collaborate on how to open and close our calls in a way that feels right to you.

Depending on your capacity and availability, you can choose between meeting over the phone or video-chat:

☆ 1x weekly for up to 40 minute/calls or... (12 calls total).

☆ 2x monthly for up to 80 minutes. (6 calls total).

In addition:

☆ All calls can be recorded for you to review.

☆ You have the option to add additional support between calls (Text, VoiceMemo support M-Th 9-5pm)


Pricing:

Blueprint is $499 total with the option to pay in full, or in 2, 3, or 4 installments. Add additional support between calls for $99.
